Our bulletproof products are made of High Tenacity and High Modulus Dyneema (PE) Fibre, it is one of the three most hi-tech fibers in the world, and its tenacity is 15 times to high quality steel. And this kind of fibre is widely used in producing military and police equipments, and it can only be made by 3 factories except our company, the other 3 are DMS (Holland), HONEYWELL (USA), and SANSEI(JAPAN). But our price is the lowest of the 4 companies.
Our bulletproof vests, helmet, bulletproof plate made out of this fibre with the characteristics of good in quality, light weight, soft and comfortable.
We also can make bulletproof vest and helmet with kevlar fibre,what is more,the price is more or less of that of PE fibre.
Bulletproof vest has different protection levels; we mainly have NIJ II Level and NIJ IIIA Level. If it needs to reach NIJ III Level or NIJ IV Level, it must need to put into NIJ III and NIJ IV Level bulletproof plate.
Bulletproof vest also has different styles. We have two main kinds: one is inner wearing bulletproof vest (Picture 1,2,3 ), and the others are outer wearing (Picture 4,5,6,7,8,9 ). Inner wearing bulletproof vest is covert and it wraps the body closely, and the person who wears it could wear suit or other coat outside. This kind of bulletproof vest is usually used for officials and plainclothesmen, and the protection level is NIJ II and NIJ IIIA . The outer wearing vest is usually used for military and police,it can be put insert plate to meet high protection level, and the protection level is NIJ II,NIJ IIIA,NIJ III,NIJ IV.
Bulletproof vest also has different protection areas, the general one has neither collar nor groin protection (Picture 4,5 ), and we can provide the product which has collar protection but without groin protection (Picture 6) and the product which has groin protection but without collar protection (Picture 7), and we can also provide the product of complete protection which has collar and groin protection (Picture 8 and 9).
And each style bulletproof vest has different sizes, such as S, M, L, XL, and XXL and so on. And we can produce all kinds of vests according to the demand of customer. Regarding the cover, we have different colors fabric, such as blue, white, black, green, woodland color, desert color and so on. And we can provide waterproof and fire proof vest according to the demands of customer.
We still could add antitrauma plates to effect better protection. Recently we cooperate with Chinese Military Antirrauma Study Institute to develop a new-style antitrauma plate, which makes NIJ IIIA¡¯s deformation meet less than 25mm. |
